| I think this is the very first thank you letter I have ever written to a real estate agent, because so often the sale of property is mixed up with frustration and disappointment. However in this particular case, neither of these emotions have applied to us.
As you know we had already tried to sell our house through another agent and it had left us with a touch of despair, especially having already spent quite a sum of money on advertising, so your enthusiasm about the house was very welcome, although I was a little skeptical about your promise to do your best to deliver a buyer. Your passionate enthusiasm was the reason I thought just maybe you would pull it off.
Thank you for following through. I can only say you did deliver and the extra effort you made, especially in the times when I know you did more than your job in tidying up the place when we were absent, was very much appreciated. I know the sale did not come easy and I want to thank you for never giving up and encouraging the other staff in your office to do the same.
